Autistic employment support

With 1% of the population diagnosed autistic, and many adults un-diagnosed, it is essential that employers and businesses have a thorough understanding of autism. Autism spectrum conditions are covered by the Equality Act 2010, so employers and businesses also have a legal responsibility to support autistic employees. This 2.5-hour course will give attendees an excellent understanding of autism spectrum conditions, how they impact on individuals and how managers and colleagues can support and work with autistic employees positively and effectively. With is a focus on understanding and communication this course is suitable for all employers, HR managers and senior management.
