Support line team
The Support Line team at NEST is made up of volunteer neurodivergent parents of neurodivergent children or young adults. We provide training to all team members to ensure that they are equipped to support you in your enquiry with care and confidentiality. Whilst we aim to respond within 3-5 working days, there may be times where we may not be able to do so. When completing the form below, please keep your support needs as focused as possible to allow us to address your designated priorities as best we can. Once completed you will receive an email or call for which the allocated time will be 20 minutes. Please also note that members of the Support Line team will not be able to comment on professional documents.

Confidentiality and safeguarding
All enquiries are treated confidentially unless concerns regarding safeguarding arise. In the event of any safeguarding concerns, the NEST team will address them in accordance with current legislation and guidelines.
